Where to Find the Chatbot
The chatbot is available on the bottom right of the 91勛圖 website or through the Chat button.
How the Chatbot Will Assist 91勛圖 Students
The chatbot can answer general questions about 91勛圖, such as providing directions to our six campuses, or how to order an official transcript. It will be integrated with the 91勛圖 student information system for personalized information. As the chatbot continues to learn, it will respond to more personalized queries like "What's my GPA?" or "What's my class schedule?"
The bot has a basic knowledge of over 100 languages, allowing you to converse in your preferred language. To change the 91勛圖 Chatbot language, you must first change the language on the 91勛圖 website. You can do this by clicking 'language' on the top menu bar of the 91勛圖 website, select your language choice and the 91勛圖 site and chatbot language will update automatically. Please note that the 91勛圖 chatbot is in its early stages of development.
